Hello, I am Gabbi

My path to becoming a yoga teacher was catalyzed by a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, which halted my passion for running. Turning back to yoga, a practice I had intermittently embraced for a number of years, I rediscovered its  physical benefits, but more importantly, its profound impact on my mental well-being. Before I knew it, I was captivated. 

 

With over two decades of experience in education as a teacher, I made the deliberate choice to merge my love for yoga with my longstanding passion for teaching.

I am a fully qualified Seasonal Yoga Teacher and am deeply passionate about sharing the teachings of yoga to help nourish our daily lives.   My core belief is that yoga is a practice meant for all, and I am dedicated to fostering an environment where it is accessible and inclusive to everyone as an approach to enriching the wellness of the body, mind, and soul.

I am delighted to say that in July 2024, I became an accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher and will be offering classes and workshops to support women in their menopause transition.

 

As a qualified Teen Yoga Teacher, I aim to introduce teens to the many benefits of yoga including managing stress and anxiety,  aiding sleep and developing focus and concentration.

I am currently studying Advanced Yin Yoga and a course in 'Alignment, Adjustment and Inclusion',  as part of the 300 hour Registered Yoga Teacher qualification.
